About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on technical co-founder to help lead the final development and launch of KeyBidz. This AI-integrated real estate platform removes commissions for home sellers while offering full broker representation.

You’ll take over from our initial developer, who brought the platform to ~90% completion and thoroughly documented the system. We’re now looking for someone who can pick up the codebase, bring it across the finish line, and lead all technical strategy moving forward.

You won’t be starting from scratch; you’ll be accelerating us into launch and leading the next wave of innovation as we scale. Everything is well-documented, structured, and ready for a smooth transition.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong full-stack development experience
Experience working with AI/ML tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, vector databases, etc.)
Comfortable integrating AI into user-facing workflows (e.g., chatbots, pricing engines, auto-bidding logic)
Ability to manage infrastructure and code deployment (e.g., GitHub, Vercel, etc.)
Familiarity with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Next.js, React, Node)
Startup mindset — you’re excited by ownership, speed, and creative problem-solving
Bonus If You Have:
Experience building marketplaces or offer-based systems
Real estate tech familiarity (not required, but helpful)
Interest in product UX and working closely with design/marketing
A desire to innovate and lead technical direction long-term

KeyBidz is an open-offer platform revolutionizing how homes are sold — combining transparency, full agent service, and AI-powered bidding. Sellers pay zero commission, buyers pay a platform fee, and licensed agents handle every transaction.

We’re finalizing the product and gearing up for our public launch in California. The current stack includes Stripe, PostgreSQL, Vercel, and a full-featured AI plan (chatbot, pricing tools, auto-bid).
