We're currently seeking a technical co-founder (CTO) to help complete and launch our first product:
An AI-powered career automation tool that helps users instantly generate ATS-optimized resumes and cover letters — with plans to evolve into a full platform offering intelligent job assistance, branding tools, and data-driven career insights.

👨‍💻 What I'm Looking for in a Co-Founder (CTO):
You’ll take over from the initial developer and lead the final development, launch, and technical roadmap.

✅ Strong full-stack development skills
✅ Experience with OpenAI, LangChain, or other AI tools
✅ Comfortable with deployment (e.g., Vercel, Firebase, Supabase)
✅ Experience with payment integrations (Flutterwave, Stripe, etc.)
✅ Familiarity with React, Next.js, Node.js
✅ Startup mindset: agile, independent, and impact-driven
✅ Bonus: interest in UX, HR tech, or global career empowerment
