I'm launching a new platform that helps people discover and book local fitness classes more easily and affordably, starting with a North London rollout.

It’s lean, modular, and already built on a modern stack. I’ve got Stripe set up, a booking engine live, and the product is plug-and-play with viral features.

Now I’m looking for a co-founder (sweat equity) who can help drive:

Studio partnerships

Local marketing and boots-on-the-ground campaigns

Guerrilla distribution (QR flyers, cafes, college collabs, etc.)

Referral, viral loop, and reward incentives

Feedback → iteration → scale

This isn’t your typical startup. We’re skipping the polished pitch deck and hitting the street with a product designed to grow fast and local. We’ll be testing, tweaking, and scaling with real users from week one.

London-based (North is a bonus)

Has real-world ops or growth experience, or the hunger to learn it

Understands early-stage chaos and enjoys it

Comfortable taking equity over salary (this is a partnership, not a job)
