We are a Tucson, Arizona based startup with a proven solution in the B2B, cybersecurity, SaaS, and AI space that has reduced the cost of managing cyber risk for governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) teams by more than 93% and delivers $3.9M in annual value for our first customer.

Unfortunately, the expertise in our small team doesn't extend to marketing, sales, and other GTM objectives. So, we are looking for the right co-founder.

You will be responsible for:
* Curating years of R&D into concise messaging that conveys the value prop and builds trust
* Guiding and contributing to the development of marketing and sales collateral
* Developing/refining the sales tool stack
* Developing and implementing the strategy for lead generation
* Personally finding and closing deals for customers 2-5.
* Everything else related to sales, marketing, and business development.

We have only one founder currently, who has contributed significant personal funds and time to design, build, and prove the solution meets the needs of our ideal customers over the last seven years. The rest of the team is made up of individual contributors working for equity.

This role is a true co-founder position. You will be expected to bring significant value, whether in the form of your own investment, attracting investors, or closing deals with customers, in order to earn your equity. If successful, you will be asked to transition into the paid CRO position once we have sufficient traction to satisfy investors.

If you have:
* Strong business development experience, especially in cybersecurity, GRC, SaaS, or AI
* Prior experience implementing GTM strategies in early-stage startups
* Experience successfully selling high-ticket B2B/B2G in the USA
* Preferably, some knowledge of cybersecurity and/or cyber risk management
* The talent to curate creative messaging without relying too much on generative AI
* The ability to make a serious contribution to a startup that is well past MVP
