Hi, I’m Kushagra, founder of ProTRackr — a mobile-first platform designed to help sports academies, tuition classes, and coaching institutes digitize their daily operations.

Many small and medium-sized academies still rely on manual registers, WhatsApp follow-ups, and Excel sheets to manage student attendance and fee payments. We're changing that with a simple, intuitive app that tracks attendance, automates fee reminders, and gives academy owners real-time revenue insights.

We’re currently at the MVP/validation stage, and I’m looking for a Flutter developer to join as a co-founder (equity: 10%) to help build and iterate the product with early adopters.

You’d be a great fit if you:
1. Have 4+ years of Flutter experience and comfort with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, FCM)
