Hi everyone – I’m a Vancouver-based founder building a B2B SaaS tool for the AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) industry. I’m working on this full-time and have early validation from the market, including an MVP development partnership with a major player in the space.

I’m looking for a Founding Engineer (flexible title) to join as a core technical partner. This is an equity-only role (full-time or part-time) during the early stage.

You’d be a great fit if you:

Are based in Vancouver or the Lower Mainland (hybrid/remote is fine)

Have strong Python/backend experience and can own early system design

Are curious about SaaS workflows and solving operational pain points with code

Bonus: experience with AI frameworks or Autodesk Forge API (nice-to-have, not required)

Want to get in early, shape the tech, and build real ownership over time

You’ll help set the technical foundation and lead a small dev team as we scale. I’m handling product direction, early customer conversations, and go-to-market.
