Today we're celebrating a milestone for FoundersList:

we just hit 300 Cofounder listings! 🎉

(actually, it's 312 cofounder listings, but last week got a little busy and I wasn't able to prepare this post in time!)

The last couple of months have been really exciting — we've been building out new features for founders to connect and interact. We've also received several emails from founders who've met cofounders, or just connected with other interesting folks through FoundersList. Please keep those emails coming!

Some New Cofounder Features

Meanwhile, a few users have asked for some new features in the cofounder section, so here they are:

SORTING
You can now sort cofounder listings in a few ways: newest, oldest, most upvotes, most views, or just plain randomly (if you wish to browse a few random cofounder listings).

SIDEPROJECTS
Founders and cofounders can now indicate whether they are working on (or will to work on a startup project) full-time, or as a side-project. You'll see this info in the "info box" (see next item). Side-Projects will also be indicated with a small pie-icon in the cofounder listings:

MORE INFO ABOUT COFOUNDERS
We've added a block summarizing some more info about the cofounder. Their location, whether the project is full-time or a side-hussle, and a bunch of other tags and info (have they previously sold a startup, raised VC capital, worked at a big co, etc)

GO BACK AND FORTH
You'll find links to the "next" and "previous" cofounder listings at the bottom of the page. That should help with easier browsing.

FOUNDER DEETS
We've started adding "blue verified checkmarks" next to verified user profiles. (You can get your own checkmark here: https://founderslist.com/profile/verify). The user "popup" now also includes some info about when the user joined, where they're based, and whether they're a founder, a service provider, a freelancer, etc... 

COMMENTS ON COFOUNDER LISTINGS
You can now also add comments to cofounder listings. Comments will be visible to everyone. However, you can still contact the founder privately – just use the "Messages" tab. We hope comments will allow founders and potential cofounders to interact, ask questions, get further details/info about the business/startup, etc.

SHARE COFOUNDER LISTINGS 
Finally, we've also added a small block to share cofounder listings with your network (via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) or via email. Please share cofounder listings wherever you like: the more users on the site, the better the chances of making high-quality cofounder connections!
